Please post those wonderful collaborative lessons here so we can all "borrow" each others ideas for teaching/learning and increase our toolbox of lessons!
Here is my Collaborative Lesson designed for 1st graders. It uses Eric Carle's book, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, and the focus of this lesson is sequencing events. The students will be able to use the program Pixie to recreate a part of the story.
Here is my Collaborative Lesson Plan- It is on Rhyming and is designed for 1st graders.
My collaborative lesson focuses on narrative writing for 3rd grade. Students are first introduced to a variety of stories that exemplify solid use of story elements, then they collaborate with other students and use digital storytelling applications to generate ideas for their own narratives. Finally, students write and illustrate their own narratives and share the final products with their classmates.
My collaborative lesson is for a 3rd grade class. Students read a biography and then create a presentation using Blabberize (www.blabberize.com).
